TORIES MUST PROVE THEIR SUMS ADD UP - POTTS

Commenting on the Conservatives' withdrawal of their policy on tuition fees for part time students, Milton Keynes Lib Dem Youth and Student President, Sam Potts said:

"This was a policy that was made up and then dropped in the space of a day. They have already changed their policy on head teachers' qualifications once this week. How many other education policies will change before May 5th?

"This total confusion over policy is hardly a surprise. The Tory's entire education platform is uncosted, unfair and unbelievable.

"The Tories should publish their full education costings so parents and students can judge for themselves whether their sums add up otherwise the citizens of Milton Keynes with give them the dunce's hat.
