Kennedy right to be tough on Blair

Speaking after Lib Dem Leader Charles Kennedy met with Mr Blair in regards to detention without trial.

Sam Potts said:

"It seems that Blair does not understand - if there is evidence that individuals will commit crime then the courts not politicians should decide what happens to them.

"We have a justice system that is the envy of the world. We do not want to follow George W Bush in incarcerating without trial or legal representation.
