Labour are running scared claims Potts

Sam Potts, today dismissed Labour claims that the Liberal Democrats are the Conservatives' new best friends. Sam's comments come after research by leading electoral analyst Professor John Curtice predicted a Liberal Democrat surge at the next General Election.

Sam Potts said:

"Labour is running scared as more and more voters are turning to the Liberal Democrats.

"The simple fact is that the more people vote for us, the more Liberal Democrats will be elected. For Milton Keynes citizens that means an end to the unfair Council Tax, fairer pensions and the scrapping of student top-up and tuition fees.

"For people who are fed up with Labour, and don't want the Conservatives, the Liberal Democrats have proved we are the only effective opposition to the Government."
